Chapter One :Chapter 1

  PROLOGUE: #1

The Throndsen family, the family of writers. They say that it is an amazing, talented and perfect family filled with love; but for her, it is a family filled with pressure with more favoritism than love, the family that she dreaded.

  --------------------------------------------------------

“What is this??!” yelled Catherine or should we say, their mom. “It is so early in the morning, why so loud?” asked their father, John. “This child of yours seems to not understand that we only want the best and perfect for them”. “Whatever do you mean, my love?” “Ava barely passed her mathematics exam!!” “My dear, do not worry for it won’t define her future, she can always improve over the time. “Ohh, here you are again John, always spoiling this kid, why can’t she be like her older sister anyways? Like Eve, always excelling in school.”

  --------------------------------------------------------------

“Honey, I need to go to the publishing company first, my book is almost done, I really need to be there. Let’s just go to the park next time”. Those are the last words that their father left for his precious daughters, Eve and Ava.

Hours after their father left from work when the news hit them. “Breaking news: A massive car crash happened in the highway three miles away from the National Grand Publishing Company, John Throndsen, one of the best writers in the publishing company, is said to be involved in the accident. We are still communicating with the authorities of what really happened. Mr. Throndsen is sent to the hospital.

Their family instantly rushed to the hospital. After waiting for some time, the doctor that is assigned in the emergency room came out. A sad look in his face can be seen. “I’m so sorry, we did our best”. Instantly, their questions of concerns are answered with the answer they dreaded.

  ----------------------------------------------------------

Everyone mourned about John, especially Ava, his closest daughter. Her father is the only one who understands her. Their mother however, can’t seem to take the news to her senses, she just can’t accept it. Weeks passed, months passed, a new year came but the sadness of their mother only turned into madness. That madness though, is only directed to Ava. But don’t get it wrong, Ava is doing her very best in every way, everything possible. In fact, she just accepts the anger of her mom. Even though they hurt her, she still remained calm, collected and composed. They are the only family that she has, she can’t leave them.

The girls, knowing that Mr. Mitchell is a very influential person, and has a wide connection among people, they decided that they can use those someday, at least that is what her sister Eve thought.
